This is the gold version of the Yosemite National Park commemorative coin showing a view of Yosemite Valley as seen from the Valley View Lookout. The iconic Half Dome is seen in the center as well as part of the famous El Capitan rock face on the left side. On the reverse of the coin is an image of the founder of the park, John Muir, who is considered by many to be the Father of the National Parks.
This coin is 2 inches in diameter and weighs approximately 1.75 ounces.
