Returns and Refund Policy


We are happy to refund purchases within 30 days of delivery confirmation for any reason assuming we receive the item(s) back in original packaging and in unused condition. Beyond 30 days we can only offer an exchange.

Sale or promotional items, may be excluded from our 30 day warranty, and sold as final sale only. If applicable this will be clearly marked on the product page of the website. 


We honor refunds within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Products will need to be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Request to Return or Exchange by emailing with reason and pictures or a video of the product if applicable. We will send out an approval email within 48 hours of your request with the information on how to ship your item(s) back to us.

To assure your refund please use trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (For International clients, please mark “Gift” on your customs form as we do not cover customs fees on return shipped items.) For an exchange we will ship your item out to you within 2-5 days after receiving it.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

If it has been 2 weeks since you received your refund receipt and you still have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company first, and then contact us at to help you follow up on where your refund is.


By all means if we made an error or your product is received damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at, and we will rectify the situation immediately, by exchanging for the correct item, sending a replacement item, or issuing a refund.

For damaged products, please take photos or videos and email them to us - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.


Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
