Shipping Policy
Shipping is not free.
Your delivery, ideally, will ship within 2-3 days of receipt of your order. However it could take 5-15 business days (6-19 calendar days) depending on availability of inventory. However in some cases, please expect a delay of 3-5 business days (due to the COVID-19 pandemic). When we ship your order, we will provide the tracking number within 24 hours. From then it is the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, we will strive to ship all items in one box unless the purchaser desires to receive the items individually to cut down on shipping time (if the items in the multi-order are not available at time of purchase). Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipments go out Monday-Saturday via United States Postal Service (USPS). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will email you at the time of your order to notify you your shipment may take slightly longer and give you an updated time frame.
Orders are shipped out directly from our United States based warehouse and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as we can! If your item is out of stock after you order, or due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive (due to manufacture and restock of the item/s). For international addresses receipt can take an estimated 2-4 weeks due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Parkie Coins wants to ensure our customers’s utmost satisfaction. If an item(s) reaches you damaged, please document the damage with pictures and email them to us at help@parkiecoins.com within 3 days of delivery. Depending on the circumstance we will either have you return the item(s) to us for an exchange, or send you out a new item with no additional shipping fees. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods until advised by us that they are no longer needed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Parkie Coins is happy to ship to international addresses and those of our military service members at overseas stations. Please be advised that shipping is likely to take longer, particularly while COVID-19 continues to impact the world. If you have not received your product within 14 days of a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@parkiecoins.com for assistance.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
